Determination of tylosin in milk by reversed-phase liquid chromatography

摘要
A method for the determination of tylosin in milk is reported. Milk samples were defatted, diluted with water and purified using RP18 solid phase extraction columns. Determination was achieved by reversed-phase liquid chromatography and UV detection at 287 nm. Peak identity was checked by recording the UV spectrum. Detection limit for tylosin in milk was 12.5-15 ng/ml. Recoveries for tylosin from spiked milk samples (concentration range: 25-100 ng/ml) were 81.7-87.6%, with coefficients of variation of 7.32-17.1%.
