The Impact of Intellectual Property Rights Protection on Technology Innovation under the Background of Economic Globalization

There are four mainly different kinds of understanding on the impact of lagging countries' intellectual property rights(IPR) protection on technology innovation(TI). By analyzing the functions of rights definition, behavior standard, interest adjustment and rights infringement discipline, the operating way of IPR protection to TI is analyzed, On this basis, by constructing an income model between leading countries and lagging countries, the impact of IPR protection on TI is analyzed under the background of economic globalization.
