摘要
The single-pair p-n film series devices are assembled sequentially utilizing carbon nanotubes doped by boron atoms/polymer (B-CNTs/polymer) composites as p-type layer, epoxy resin as insulating layer and carbon nanotubes doped by nitrogen atoms (N-CNTs) as n-type layer. Through the establishment of the model, quantitative analysis of the effect of device size on output power has been achieved. Besides, the optimized device size is deduced by the drawing function and data analysis of Matlab software. Furthermore, multi-pair p-n film series devices are obtained by continuing to series single-pair p-n films. By fitting the number of device layers with the measured voltage, the optimal fitting relationship between the number of layers (N) and voltage (V) is obtained via second order fitting: V-2 = - 0.97N(2) + 27.9N - 2.2.
