摘要：
A novel method for describing and indexing resource is designed for an ICT industry resource sharing platform. An ontology is built to provide a unified way to describe resources and several rules are made for the more accurate and comprehensive information extraction. The targets of the project, including integrating the different kinds of resources from different service providers, providing remote access for users, providing effective and efficient resource describing way are achieved.
