摘要
Pressure-volume measurements by conductance catheter enable assessment of systolic and diastolic left ventricular function and quantification of mechanical dyssynchrony in a continuous and on-tine fashion. The present review gives an overview of the (potential) applications of this methodology in relation to cardiac resynchronization therapy. (C) 2004 The European Society of Cardiology.
