摘要
We propose a compact efficient room-temperature polarization-entangled photons source based on two-photon spontaneous emission from semiconductor quantum wells in a microcavity. Pair generation rate in GaInP/AlGaInP is O(10(3)) higher than for PDC sources. (C) 2007 Optical Society of America
