摘要：
With the rapid development of construction industry in China, the safety accidents increase year by year. It is crucial for the governments to strengthen the safe production supervision to construction management. The article constructs a supervision game among the government, management agent and construction firm based on dynamic mixed strategy. By analyzing the symmetrical equilibrium, this article gets different effects of the penalties for different players.
