The effect of the development of the information technology to the real estate industry

This paper gives the concept and the development progress of the information technology (IT) in the beginning. The trend of information is changing the situation of society, the way of economic increasing and the way of living and thinking. The advancement of IT had a great effect on all the industries, which includes the real estate industry. With the rapid improvement of information technology, which is represented by the networks, the real estate industry reformed deeply. The development of IT makes improvement deeply to every parts of the real estate industry: the management department of government, the development companies, the merchandises themselves, the marketing, the agencies and the property management. But there brings new demands to the real estate industry with the widely use of modem IT, such as the constructing of networks infrastructure and the enacting of policies and laws.
