摘要
The simulation apparatus developed to laboratory scale serves the pyrolysis of organic additives, the qualitative collection of data regarding hazardous materials, and the quantitative analysis of easily evaporating pyrolysis products with regard to the pyrolytical decomposition parameters especially of the pyrolysis atmosphere, the type of additive and the original ceramic material to which the additive was incorporated. In addition to the analytic methods of the ''on-line'' kiln pyrolysis mass spectrometry (OPy-MS), gas chromatography (CC) and the combined gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) are used. This study of the pyrolysis behaviour of polymer and ceramic-polymer system models as well as of additives containing industrial granulates from line production, shows that the emissions of aromatic compounds with regard to relevant practical process parameters have to be critically evaluated.
