摘要
Factors that affect seedless grape embryo rescue were investigated using the ovules from the. following cross combinations: 'Venus selfmg', 'Lakemont seedless selfing', 'Centennial Seedless' x 'Otilia' and 'Super Seedless ' x 'Otilia'. The results show that different cross combinations call for different inoculation time. The suitable inoculation time is 59d, 48d, 40d and 45d after blooming for 'Venus selfmg', Lakemont seedless selfmg, 'Centennial Seedless' x 'Otilia' and 'Super Seedless' x 'Otilia' respectively, Compared with semi -solid medium and liquid -solid medium, solid medium is better for young embryo development. Orthogonal designed test generated the benefiting hormone concentration combination, which is GA(3) 0.7 mg center dot L-1, 6-BA 0.6 mg center dot L-1, IBA 2.0 mg center dot L-1. The significance sequence of the three hormones is IBA>GA(3)> 6-BA.
