摘要：
The analysis of the competences leads to inconsistencies in the explanation of the integration processes of components of these structures, as well as of their own genesis and their relationship with other competences. This article proposes a new understanding of personality from the Subjectivity Theory by Fernando Gonzalez Rey eliminating the competencies as structures that com -pose it. The study proposes the concepts of subjective configuration and config-uration of configurations as a solution to this problem.
