摘要
Twist is an important index of yarn, and it is one of the main criteria to evaluate yarn grade. In order to detect the twist more accurately, a twist detection method based on machine vision is proposed, this method through the linear CCD camera to capture images of the yarn. The image is filtered by median filter and Fourier transform in turn. The image after Fourier transform is filtered by Gauss low-pass filter, and then the image is filtered by Gauss low-pass filter. Fourier inverse transform is used to obtain the contour image of the image, finally will obtain the image binarization processing, image can clearly distinguish each twist.
