摘要
The works for prevention of money laundering are carried out by the method to send the information potentially money laundering to the law enforcement agencies through the closely cooperation between Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and the financial institutes. The information of transactions executed at the financial companies include the sensitive privacy information with a high probability. The security of information is very important but there is no area of the information security requirements in the FATF recommendations. Besides, under the current environments, almost supervisory institutions of financial institutes do not include their compliances on information security to the scope of the works for prevention of money laundering performed within the internal networks of the financial institutes. Accordingly, the works for prevention of money laundering can be related with the problem of being placed in the blind spot of security. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes the method to design the customized system for security risk assessment on the basis of the indicator for assessment of security risks identified after defining the process model for prevention of money laundering at financial institutes.
