摘要
The process of defining cognitive software describes an approach for cognitive software reuse framework. The concept of cognitive reuse framework will lead to better product quality, reduces cost, time and effort. In the software development process, software reuse offers time-saving potentially in the construction of a new software system. In this research article, we have developed a framework which facilitates cognitive software reuse. The cognitive software reuse is used to provide challenges that are needed for the success of significant management of components. The proposed framework is to automate the structure and features of the components. Such components are said to be normalized because these components are platform independent by applying adaptive software reuse.
