Motivational Obstacles in Intercultural Competence

Cultural intelligence is believed to have important differentiation from cross-cultural training between different cultures in that it mentions the importance of motivation. However, it is thought that more profound understanding and consideration are needed. Therefore, in this study, the precedent studies about motivation are researched, and how they were grafted onto cultural intelligence motivation is understood. Accordingly, there is a need for cross consideration and criticism about the existing motivation theories and the motivation part in the cultural intelligence.
