摘要
In order to accelerate the development of rural credit cooperatives and consummate the system to help the rural economy go ahead steadily and improve farmers' income level, more and more researchers have analyzed the risk management of rural credit cooperatives. From the view of institutional character and service object of rural credit cooperatives, the primary business is to provide loans to the farmers who have difficulties on living and production. But there is a lot of risk in the process. In this paper, based on the previous, the analysis and management to operational risk during credit business in rural credit cooperatives are the main parts. The main problem this paper proposed is that how to control the operational risks in the credit business in rural credit cooperatives. And in the end, this paper puts forward some suggestions which are consummating the credit system and improving the staff management of rural credit cooperatives.
