摘要：
Transformation of organic and inorganic contents in raw rice husk to SiC was monitored with respect to heat treatment temperature by means of infrared spectroscopy and x-ray diffractometry. Modification of the organics structures was observed above 1000degreesC where the SiC formation commenced. The transformation process completed around 1500degreesC.
