摘要：
The author has created and administered a survey questionnaire focused on strategic issues in this paper. Based upon my analysis and study of the results, as well as the due diligence reports oil the enterprises, it is my opinion that the strategic flow and approach of the classical school is so inflexible that is not applicable to enterprises tinder today's complex, dynamic environment. With reference to Chaos Theory and the strategic thinking in Chinese traditional philosophy, this article proposes a strategic model applicable to enterprise growth under the chaos environment, -TEIRI, i.e. TRENDING-EFFICIENCY-INTEGRATION-REDEFINED-INNOVATION, with the hope of being helpful to entrepreneurs.
