摘要：
The ferroelectric parameters: transition temperature T-C, dielectric constant epsilon, Curie constant C, spontaneous polarization P-S, and the switching behavior of Sr0.6Ba0.4Nb2O6 (SBN) doped with Nd3+ have been measured in order to characterize its ferro-paraelectric transition as well as to connect them with its nonlinear optical properties.
