摘要
The present is an instrumental study of validity and reliability, its purpose was to know the process of design and validation of a rubric that would allow the teacher in training to reflect and improve professional practice from socioforming. For its elaboration the orientation of an expert was had; It was supported by the technique of analysis of judges (10) who contributed to improve the relevance and writing of the items, at the same time, the coefficient of the V of Aiken was used to verify the validity of the content of the instrument; Finally, it was put to the consideration of a pilot group (10), who answered the rubric in question, allowing to obtain the degree of understanding and satisfaction of it. The Cronbach Alpha Coefficient was used to assess reliability. At the conclusion of the process, it was determined that the design and validation of the instrument to evaluate the proposed teaching professional practice is relevant in the times that are now lived within a knowledge society.
