摘要
In this paper, the older people with and without cognitive impairment realized a task. It consisted in putting virtually a sugar in a coffee with a mouse. We calculated the task time on three interaction techniques. This time was compared to the theoretical total time of the KLM model (Keystroke Level Model). This model decomposes user interaction into elementary actions (physical, cognitive or perceptual). It also allows to do some studies on use of innovative interfaces. The results showed that KLM model was not adapted to the older people with cognitive impairment. The more severe cognitive impairment is, the more the model must be adapted.
