摘要：
Cow's milk allergy induces different symptoms : respiratory troubles (asthma), skin troubles (eczema, urticaria). The susbtitution of cow's milk by goat's milk during the last 20 years was followed by indeniable improvements. But, from a few time, some authors have shown the existence of cow and goat's milk IgEs. The studies are in process.
