摘要
Nowadays, human resource has become the most important strategic resource, so does the position of human resource management in the enterprise management. The potential of human resource is huge, but the process of the human resource management is not reasonable, result in very surge fee. In this paper, we discuss some issues about the redesign of the Human Resource Management process in enterprise under the direction of the Reengineering theory and explores the validity of the Human Resource Management by redesigning the Human Resource Management process under the direction of the Reengineering theory.
