摘要：
We report a SOA-based fiber ring laser around 1.5 mu m with an intracavity MEMS tunable Fabry- Perot filter for wavelength selection. Quasi-CW electro-thermal tuning of 103nm with a maximum output power of 1.3mW is reported.
