摘要
This paper is concerned with load frequency control problem of networked interconnected power systems under false data injection attacks. The measurement of power systems is transmitted via a network communication channel, which brings a myriad of benefit but also leads to vulnerability in cyber defense. This work investigates the interconnected power systems subject to control gain perturbation and random false data injection attacks, in which the attack probability is area-dependent and the injected false data can be distinct from each other. Under such attacks with area characteristics, a non-fragile sliding mode controller is designed to eliminate the frequency deviation against load variation and control gain perturbation. The sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the mean square exponentially ultimately boundedness of the interconnected power systems and the reachability of the specified sliding surface simultaneously. Finally, a simulation example with three-area power system is carried out to show the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
