摘要
The development of energy-saving building market system, which is a huge systematic project, involves many market participants subject of construction and much more directly connects with the local development level of productivity, the public pursuit and the image of the city as a whole. Starting from questionnaire design, the paper analyzes energy-saving building in Chengdu market system problems in the development process, to discuss the development of the construction market in Chengdu in the energy barriers encountered in the process, the use of "Art of War" issues related to the theory of its interpretation, put forward reasonable proposals of market development for the future development of energy-saving building market system to provide a reference.
