摘要
The inclusion effect of 20 % energy sources (T) on the solid state fermentation (SSF) of sugarcane was studied to obtain energy-protein feed with high content of protein and low of fiber, and adequate quality for animals. A random block design was used with four treatments, two replicates and six repetitions per treatment. There was inclusion of ground corn (T1, Sacchamaiz), ground sorghum (T2, Sacchasorgo), dehydrated citrus pulp (T3, Sacchacitrico) and rice powder (T4, Sacchapulido). Sacchapulido, Sacchacitrico and Sacchasorgo had the highest values of CP (19.70, 19.13 and 18.86, respectively), without differences between them. However, they were different (P < 0.5) compared to Sacchamaiz (18.13%). There were no differences between Sacchasorgo and Sacchamaiz. TP was lower (P < 0.01) for Sacchacitrico (10.62%), and no differences were found between the values of Sacchamaiz, Sacchasorgo and Sacchapulido (12.65, 12.80 and 13.72%, respectively). Sacchacitrico had the lowest (P < 0.001) value of organic matter digestibility (72.03%) and Sacchamaiz, the highest (83.20%). No differences were found for neutral detergent fiber. Sacchacitrico had the highest (P < 0.001) value of acid detergent fiber (25.82%) and Sacchapulido and Sacchasorgo, the intermediate values (21.47 and 19.42%, respectively). The latter did not show differences compared to Sacchamaiz, which attained the highest value (17.83%). Sacchacitrico had the highest (P < 0.01) values of cellulose and lignin (20.74 and 4.68%, respectively). According to the results, the use of corn, sorghum or rice powder as energy source is recommended, according to their availability and market cost in order to improve the nutritional value of the fermented sugarcane.
