摘要：

Practice is the core of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Participation in technological competition is the best method for college students to involve in practice. By analyzing the current situation of college students' innovative entrepreneurship education and combining with the content of the competition held by Maritime College of Shandong Jiaotong University, we summed up three major innovation and entrepreneurship qualities composed by innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship capability, innovation and entrepreneurship character. We apply Analytic Hierarchy Process as a quantitative tool for analyzing college students' innovative entrepreneurship situation, and the results are uneven. We make some practical recommendations to this result.
