We consider the most general Einstein-Maxwell-Axion theory with arbitrary scalar couplings. The Killing symmetries of the corresponding potential space are classified in a Static configuration. We show that the Bogomol'nyi-type mass formula for black holes exists at the general couplings, which implies that the mass formula is irrelevant to the symmetric nature of the potential space.
