摘要
Eating habits emerges in childhood and define, in most cases, nutritional behavior in adults. They correlate with other harmful behaviors that are the prerogative of the modern world, the most important being sedentary. This paper is part of a broader approach, which aims to track changing eating habits of a group of children, aged between 10 and 11 years who received nutrition education within an optional school program and who were also somatically evaluated before the experiment. The paper highlights the positives and negatives printed lifestyle children in the family, but also the influences which subjects take them from the school, or under pressure from media sources. The study was conducted on a group of 105 students, up at random, representing the graduating class of fourth grade primary studies in the summer of 2012. Children were asked to answer 20 questions about nutrition mode and quality of food consumed daily. After analyzing the questionnaires, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the principles of healthy eating are generally known, but there is a certain adversity towards their proper application, maybe due to household factors.
