摘要：
Copyright risk is an important practical problem in the process of the construction, service and management of institutional knowledge base. Based on the analysis of the status quo of copyright risk in institutional repositories, this paper makes a deep study on how to effectively control the copyright risk in institutional repositories, and puts forward specific solutions to copyright risk from the perspectives of policy control, protocol control and practice control.
