摘要
Enterprise informatization and management modernization is one of the effective ways of improving the competitiveness for large-scale enterprises at present stage. Combined with current situation of an aircraft manufacturing company with many types of aircraft produced and lagging process information management, based on the comprehensive analysis of the company's existing management mode and according to the requirement of process information transmission in aircraft manufacturing and operating characteristics of the company's production and management mode, this study developed the process information system, which integrates process planning and process information management and suits to the design and manufacturing of important products for large state-owned enterprises. This process information integrated system has been fully applied in hot/cold process preparation, process planning and process information management in that company, and improved the preparation efficiency of process regulations, achieved the networked management of process information, and preliminarily realized the information integration with other sub-systems.
