摘要：
Business is not run in an identical fashion from culture to culture. Consequently, business relationships are enhanced when managerial, sales, and technical personnel are trained to be aware of areas that are likely to create communication difficulties and conflict across cultures. In the same way, international communication is being strengthened when business people are able to anticipate areas of commonality. As such, business in general is enhanced when people from different cultures find new approaches to older problems, coming with solutions by combining cultural outlooks and learning to grasp issues from the viewpoint of others.
