摘要：
The third edition of the International Workshop on OpenPOWER for HPC (IWOPH18) continued to establish itself as a forum for exchanging experience using technologies and architectures, which emerged from this new ecosystem. The goal was to bring together experts for applications and the different technologies as well as data centre professionals.
