Relativistic effects in the radiative transitions chi(J)->psi gamma and psi'->chi(J)gamma

In the relativistic quark model constructed in the infinite-momentum frame, corrections to the formulas expressing the amplitudes of the transitions chi(J)-->psi gamma and psi '-->chi(J) gamma in terms of the overlap integrals integral dr Phi(f)(*)r Phi(i) are obtained to the order of v(2)/c(2). Comparison with experiment data is performed for the width ratios Gamma(chi(0,1)-->psi gamma/Gamma(chi(2)-->psi gamma) and Gamma(psi '-->chi(0,1)gamma)/Gamma(psi ' -->chi(2) gamma), which are less sensitive to uncertainties in the wave functions psi, psi ' and chi(J). As a result, the ratios of the overlap integrals for the chi(0), chi(1), and chi(2) states are obtained. These results are compared with the predictions of quark models.
