摘要
This research extends the paper of Chen and Su (2019), which aims at examining the model of industrial policy in sustainable management and life cycle. We analyze the optimum human resource strategies of industrial economics. This research will distinguish the economic meaning with abundant directionality and exposition of tactic and profit of enterprise when these discoveries are expected to offer to the government in the planning industrial strategies and develop the industrial policy, a fine and valuable suggestion and policy. In other words, it is not superior to hiring a talent manager instead of hiring many inefficient managers.
