摘要
The tension produced in the relations between human rights and business is the starting point to reflect on modern slavery and how to regulate it. In the current scenario, where traditional international actors share space and power with large corporations, opting for hard law or soft law has more implications that it seem. The review of the latest legislations leads us to think that the support of the Binding Treaty initiative is the best way to protect human rights against business.
