'Smoothing' of deformation in the case of X-ray asymmetrical Laue diffraction in bent crystal

摘要
As shown, the strengthening of the asymmetrical-diffraction conditions can lead to the decrease of the integral intensity for diffracted wave in a bent crystal. This phenomenon is called by the 'smoothing' of deformation. As revealed, the reduction of the region for coherent scattering of X-rays and, consequently, the 'quasimosaic' regime for X-ray scattering cause the 'smoothing' of deformation. This phenomenon is analysed in the cases of dynamically 'think' and 'thin' crystals.
