摘要
For Sustainable Development, on the one hand, that is to search out some ways to minimize an amount consumed of water, cement and quality aggregate for a majority of. For example, in northwest area of China, to the local natural sand of desert using a kind of cementitious material named HPCM(high performance consolidating material) containing high volume industrial waste instead of substitution of dug out sand and using a small quantity of water (w/c is less than 100 kg/m(3)) is being practiced for road and highway in desert area. On the other hand, in southeast, there is the very wide shoreline, and very rich in sea sand, sea water. For sea side infrastructure with unreinforced concrete such as sea wall, road by sea side, etc., the sea sand can be solidified by that cementitious material HPCM also, and the sea water can be used for mixing. Considering durability of these infrastructures, HPCM material should be better than the general aggregate and mix water apparently.
