摘要：
The sustainable competition advantage of the enterprise is derived from its internal resources and capabilities. The enterprises should focus their attention on training core competitiveness for the development and growth. Core competitiveness is enterprises' kernel ability that can give corporations durative competitive advantages, and it's the source and foundation from which enterprises can obtain them.
