摘要
Organochlorine pesticides have been beneficial to humans in agricultural use and in the combat of vector borne diseases, Persistence and accumulative properties cause their restriction and prohibition. Accumulated organochlorine pesticides in the human body are excreted via lactation. The 60 paired samples of colostrum and mature milk indicate their major levels in the colostrum. This phenomenon is probably caused by the major affinity of organochlorine pesticides to lipoproteins and phospholipids which are the principle components of colostrum.
