摘要
We apply a non-radial directional distance function (NDDF) for examining the dynamic changes in green economy performance in China, and then examine how industrial structural upgrading affects green economy performance. The analysis framework is developed by the fixed effect model and the generalized method of moments ((;MM), using a city-level panel data set during the period of 2007-2014. The results indicate that industrial structural upgrading has a significant positive effect on green economy performance. Further path analyses show that industrial structural upgrading affects green economy performance by improving both energy performance and environmental performance in China. but the influence paths in eastern, central and western regions are different in the heterogeneity analysis.
