Exploration on New Rural Construction of Characteristic Catering Cultural Resource Service of National Minorities

The development of rural tourism is the breakthrough of solving three rural issues as well as a new path promoting rural economic development and urban and rural harmony. Characteristic catering culture is an important constituent part of rural tourism. Liangshan Prefecture is the largest colony of the Yi nationality in China. The catering culture of the Yi nationality has unique features and is an important constituent part of tourism experience in Yi area. However, due to the restriction of multiple factors, the due value of this resource is not fully reflected. Therefore, one of the most key problems in the development process of rural tourism in Liangshan Prefecture is how to transform catering cultural resources with rich characteristics of minorities into economic resources better and make them serve local new rural construction. This paper views the status of tourism development of catering culture of the Yi nationality in Liangshan Prefecture and puts forward a series of operable development strategies in combination with new rural construction in Yi area.
