摘要
Several 5-amino and 5-glycosylaminopyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-1,3(2H)-dione derivatives and 7-amino and 7-glycosylaminopyrido[3,4-d]pyridazin-1,3(2H,3H)-dione derivatives, were synthesized starting from 2-amino and 2-glycosylaminopyridines, respectively. For the preparation of pyrrolopyridine and pyridopyridazine derivatives we used ammonia and hydrazine monohydrate respectively. Those compounds were evaluated, but found inactive, for their invitro antiviral activity. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
