摘要：

Real estate investment has a complexity. Just because of lots of uncertainties about investment circumstance, it is an activity of higher revenue following higher risks. At present, decision-making faults in real estate development investment often lead to the investors damaged losses. But investment circumstance is so complex that making a decision is a difficult thing because of uncertainty of risk. Therefore, researching and exploring decision-making methods in real estate investment is urgent and necessary. Based on the concept of entropy, this paper presents a method of real entropy- weight coefficient combined inherent information of real estate projects chosen with decision-maker's subjective sense. Then model is built and the risk decision to project is also made.
