摘要：
With the gradual improvement of modern medical standards, the demand for the quantity and quality of nursing talents is also increasing. In order to cultivate a high-level excellent nursing talent, it is necessary not only to cultivate students' medical common sense, but also to give examples to help students determine reasonable nursing methods. Practical teaching is the most important for nursing learning. Nursing students can better understand the theoretical knowledge taught in the class and achieve the purpose of cultivating excellent nursing talents through practical teaching. This paper discusses the problems existing in the optimization and integration of nursing practice teaching resources, and proposes relevant solutions and suggestions.
