摘要
In the literature on organizations, training programs are considered an efficient strategy to encourage improvements in work performance. In that order, the present investigation proposed to establish the influence of the training program "Excellence" in the labor performance of the workers of the service of Serenazgo in the District Municipality of Paucarpata during the year 2019. The research design was pre-test and post-test. The population comprises 48 workers assigned to the municipal Serenazgo service, the sample was made up of 32 active service agents who participated in the "Excellence" program and expressed their willingness to participate in the study. The technique applied was the survey and the instrument two pre-test and post-test questionnaires of 69 items. The study concludes that the training program "Excellence" directly and significantly influences the work performance of the workers of the Serenazgo service of the District Municipality of Paucarpata. The analysis of the results of the pre-test and post-test indicate that between both evaluations there was a considerable increase in the level of development of the three dimensions of the work performance of the workers of the Serenazgo service.
