摘要
The power communication network is a dedicated network that serves various application services of the power system, and is the basis for realizing automatic control of the power grid, information management, and intelligent power grid. Among them, the emergency communication network is an important communication means that is indispensable for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This requires an integrated power emergency communication system with the power emergency command center as the core, integrated control system, multi-party video conference, remote monitoring, image transmission and other functions must have a reliable and efficient transmission channel. In this paper, the requirements of the power emergency communication system for fast data transmission are adopted. The multi-mode communication link established by satellite, microwave, wireless public network and wired private network is adopted, and the UAV single-unit relay device is used as the data relay station. The multi-mode electric emergency communication system proposed in this paper overcomes the single transmission channel of the traditional electric emergency communication system, and transmits the data of the individual equipment and the control center in both directions. When there is a major power event, it ensures the efficiency between the command center and the on-site rescue, fast, and real-time command commands and data communications. Mobile emergency communication between the site and the dispatch center during the emergency of power operation.
