摘要
The effect of compositional change with the crystal structure and optical property of US films synthesized by femtosecond pulsed laser deposition has been studied. The results indicate that growth temperature played an important role on compositional change, crystal structure and optical properties of the US films. And the compositional segregation of the US films could be drawn from the selective evaporation of sulfur from the film surface as a result of heating up the substrates. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V.
