摘要：
An efficient graphene phase modulator on a silicon-on-insulator platform is proposed based on a CMOS-compatible polarization multiplexing optical circuit. The dual-polarizations enhanced modulation efficiency is 0.184 V.mm with a device dimensions of 75 mu m x 320 mu m.
